One way to judge the quality of an institution is by the quality of its faculty. Mildred Elley is proud of the faculty who teach at its campuses. About one-third of the faculty currently teaching at Mildred Elley have earned doctoral degrees. These doctorally qualified faculty include individuals who have been professionally and academically trained earning a PhD, an MD, a JD or other doctoral degrees. Over seventy-seven percent of all current faculty have earned either a doctoral degree or a master’s degree in the subject area they are currently teaching in.
The high quality of the faculty as demonstrated by the high level of teaching and academic credentials is another tangible example of the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement by focusing on academic improvements, student service improvements, and accreditation and compliance improvements.
